New Signed Walking Tracks in Plunkett

Three new walking tracks have been marked out in Plunkett Regional Park, with Queensland Parks and Wildlife (QPWS) rangers completing signage and installing small bench seats.

These new tracks use the existing trail network, and are designed to encourage more bush walking in the Park.

QPWS is currently preparing a web map with these new trails marked on the map along with the current horse trail alignment. When available, the map will be in our maps section.

In the meantime, please refer to the temporary map below and short descriptions of the walks:

Melichrus Circuit

This walk is a 2.5 km circuit starting from Flesser Rd, with a small bench seat near the intersection of Main Break and Chardon Break.
