On Friday 30 November 2015, as part of Logan City Council’s Environmental Events and Activities Program, Council environment officers (in conjunction with Queensland Parks and Wildlife rangers) led a walk in Plunkett Regional Park.
The walk coincided with the National Koala Count and had the additional intent to spot a koala (or evidence thereof).
The walk was fully subscribed well before the day, going to show how keen are local (and visiting) bush walkers to enjoy the splendours of our Park.
One of the walkers, Laurel, has posted a Plunkett walk report on her blog with some superb photos – do yourself a favour and check it out here.
