City of Logan App for Reporting Issues in Parks

Some of you may be aware of the free Snap Send Solve App.

It is an Australia wide App and allows reporting of problems like:

– Damaged roads
– Graffiti
– Litter
– Broken playground equipment
– Parking
– Street Cleaning
– Animals
– Noise

The App sends details (including a photo) to the relevant local council and can be very useful for reporting issues in our parks, like Plunkett Regional Park.

However, Snap Send Solve is moving to a more commercial business model, charging councils for the number of transactions processed each month.

In August 2017, Logan City Council released their own App which has a wide range of features, including a “Report It/Fix It” (CityWatch) component which is similar in functionality to Snap Send Solve.

You may want to check out the City of Logan App, and use it if you encounter anything in Plunkett which requires Council attention.
