Planning the Yarrabilba-Plunkett interface Workshop
May 23, 2018 –
St. Clare's Primary School Library,
2 Combs Street,
Yarrabilba, QLD 4207
You are invited to come along to a workshop and presentation being run by Natura Pacific, Lendlease Communities and Queensland National Parks and Wildlife Services, on the Yarrabilba-Plunkett interface area which we all value so much.
The Yarrabilba - Plunkett interface area extends from Steele Road north of Yarrabilba south-east along the eastern fringe intercepting Wickham Timber Reserve, Wickham National Park and Plunkett Conservation Park on its way.
Historically the area has been heavily-used by outdoor recreationists and is also considered an important biodiversity hotspot.
This workshop and presentation will look at the overall plan for the interface area as the Yarrabilba development continues. Feedback is wanted on this plan, mostly the proposed mapping of trails, as well as your aspirations for the future use of this area for outdoor recreation.
